Upper East Home Care provides premium home health care services to residents of Manhattan's Upper East Side and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to home health aide services, companion care, specialized care, and related support services.

3. Service Agreements

All care services require the execution of a separate Service Agreement. The Service Agreement will outline specific terms related to the services provided, including scheduling, fees, payment terms, and cancellation policies.

4. Website Use

Our website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful elements. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website without notice.

5. User Responsibilities

7. Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is outlined in your Service Agreement. Generally, we require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation of scheduled services. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in charges for the scheduled service.

8. Liability Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Upper East Home Care shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our services or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Upper East Home Care, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services or website or your violation of these Terms of Service.
